The eH&P™ application offers a variety of choices to customize and personalize H&Ps. They accomodate the needs (learning, delivery or research) of different healthcare professionals, clinical settings and patient populations.
See below the choices and features available for Types of H&Ps, F/U Charts, format, layout, language & sound clips.

Specific H&P TYPES
H&P Type refers to the extent, breadth, comprehensiveness of the H&P, it can be Brief, Complete and Signs & Symptoms. The Follow/Up Charts are somewhat different, they display specific data to be followed-up (in a tabular format). They are all color-coded.

Type

Specific H&P FORMATS
H&P Format refers to the layout of the H&P (arrangement, fonts, etc.), it can be Print color-coded, Print black and Read.
The Print color-coded format is an innovative and unique system that allows quick and reliable identification of the H&P data (entries) that are 'common to all H&Ps' (generic) and the data that are 'specific' for a particular H&P. Generic elements appear in black, Specific objects appear in red throughout the program.
