The Specific H&P below shows the Congestive Heart Failure Page (See number 1).
It corresponds to the basic page (see number 2). Notice that you can always tell your location
within the eH&P™ program by looking at the bar underneath the main title (see number 2), see also Location/Links Line.
The basic page displays a complete, read + links, english, non-audio Format (see number 3).
Unlike any other format in the application, the basic page features hyperlinks to the Clinical Methods sections,
making it very easy to review topics and entries.
