Risk Assessment. It is displayed in a 2nd browser window, and contains 2 sections
(Patient Profile and Risk assessment).
This output page may be printed-to-chart (prints in one letter-size sheet).
Changes to inputs can be readily done. The output page is quickly and automatically
re-computed to display the new data and assessments. Processing is the same as in the
Cholesterol Management Tool.
