The great majority of questions and/or problems can be answered and/or solved by
looking at the information presented in the following sections: SYSTEM REQS, OVERVIEW,
FEATURES and FAQ. Please read them thoroughly.
The most frequent causes of trouble are:
The Computer speed and/or RAM are not enough.
The Browser is not MSIE 5.0 or later.
Java/Javascript is not on/enabled.
Your display is not set to 800x600 pixels.
You have many applications on (try closing them and retry eH&P™).
Please click here (system requirements) and
go over the requirements one by one. Also make sure to configure your system according
to our specifications.

PRINTING
You can Print most pages of the eH&P™ application (Clinical Methods and Specific H&Ps).
There are different ways to Print them:
1.- Use the Print icon of the Browser.
2.- Click on the Print icon of the Page.
3.- Right-click on the mouse, select the Print option, click on it.
4.- Using the keyboard: Press the Ctrl+P.
Number 2 is the preferred method, it will generate a page designed to be printed.
Option 2 or 3 are recommended when printing the specific-H&Ps (since the browser's
window doesn't have a ToolBar -no Print icon-).
For best results, set the margins of the page to 0.25". From the Browser's File menu, select
Page Setup. In the Page Setup Dialog Box empty the Header and Footer fields and set the
margins to 0.25".
