eH&P™ is a comprehensive Medical Application Software Program , it contains virtually all the signs, symptoms, findings, techniques and maneuvers used in clinical practice. The program is full of capabilities and features two main sections:

Clinical Methods This is the reference tool, an interactive resource for all the information on Clinical Diagnosis and H&P sections.

Specific H&Ps. This is the area of combined reference-productivity-decision support. This area includes thousands of data on hundreds of disease-specific and problem-specific H&Ps (brief and complete), Signs & Symptoms and Follow/Up Charts. The program allows users to customize the H&Ps and F/U notes according to individual preferences/needs (H&Ps vs F/U charts, brief vs complete formats, print vs read formats, medically oriented english-spanish translation and audio files for pronunciation).

Specific-H&Ps, Follow/Up Charts, Flash Charts

The Specific-H&P is the innovative concept the eH&P is built around. eH&P™ is efficiently organized and the information has been meticulously classified in ScyMed's proprietary system.
The specific-H&P is the H&P for a particular disease or problem. It contains data (signs & symptoms) for that particular disease or problem. The Specific-H&P may be Brief, Complete or Signs & Symptoms, depending on the extent of data, it may be created in a "print" or "read" format, english or english/spanish formats, and with or without spanish audio clips.
Follow/Up Charts are also disease-specific and include data and clinical interventions that are commonly accepted as "Standards of care, diagnosis, therapy and/or follow/up" for that particular disease or problem.
Specific-H&Ps and Follow/Up Charts may be created and printed in different formats to accomodate the needs of different physicians, hospital settings and patients.

    The program is user-friendly and features intuitive graphical interfaces. The System is flexible, versatile and scalable.

    ScyMed's eH&P™ is literally a "work in progress" application.
    Users will find Sections with different degrees of development, from only a translation to full explanations, examples, diagrams, etc.
