Osler's maneuver: Inflate the cuff of the sphygmomanometer (make sure is the right size) above the systolic pressure. If the raidal pulse remains palpable, the real (true) Blood pressure may be less than the one obtained trough Auscultation. This is called 'Pseudo-Hypertension from calcified, hardened arteries.
